Local Launch Sites, operated by All Spark Enterprises Ltd., provides custom static website design and development for small and local businesses. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins. All services are project-based — no retainers or subscriptions unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Our standard process:
No deposit or upfront payment is required under our standard model.
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes — including 13% HST — are added to all invoices under Ontario and federal law.
All invoices are issued by All Spark Enterprises Ltd. and processed through Square. The legal entity you are contracting with and paying is All Spark Enterprises Ltd. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold final files and live deployment until payment is received in full.
The agreed scope covers pages and features outlined at the start of the project. Reasonable revisions — wording tweaks, color adjustments, minor layout changes — are included. Work that goes beyond the original agreed scope (additional pages, new features, structural redesigns after approval) is billed at our current hourly rate. We will always obtain explicit approval before beginning out-of-scope work.
You agree to: provide accurate information and content in a timely manner; supply required assets (text, photos, logos) or authorize placeholder content; provide clear, consolidated feedback; ensure you have rights to all content you supply; and pay invoices in full upon approval of completed work. Delays caused by the client do not constitute grounds for non-payment.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the website — all custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. You are free to use, modify, copy, or host it anywhere. All Spark Enterprises Ltd. retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion. Third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, libraries) remain subject to their respective licenses.
Sites are deployed to Cloudflare Pages. You are responsible for maintaining your own Cloudflare account and domain registration. We assist with initial setup and deployment but are not responsible for ongoing management of third-party hosting accounts, domain renewals, or DNS after project handoff. Domain names are not included unless explicitly stated.
Any changes to the website after final approval and payment are billed at our current hourly rate. We are under no obligation to provide free support, updates, or changes after a project is completed and paid.
We build sites with care and professionalism but make no guarantees about search engine rankings, traffic, revenue, business outcomes, or uptime of third-party hosting services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Spark Enterprises Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific project in question.
Either party may cancel a project before the client approves the final preview. If the client cancels after significant work has been completed, All Spark Enterprises Ltd. reserves the right to invoice for reasonable time spent at the agreed or standard hourly rate, up to the agreed project price. If All Spark Enterprises Ltd. cancels, no charge for incomplete work applies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
