No. Not a dollar. You see the working site before any invoice is ever sent. That's the whole model — build first, pay after you approve.

Reasonable revisions within the original scope are included — tweaking wording, colors, layout, sections. If you want to add whole new pages or major features that weren't in the original brief, that's out-of-scope work billed at an hourly rate. I'll always be upfront before I touch anything extra.

A simple site can be ready for your review in a few days. More complex multi-page builds take longer. I'll give you a realistic timeline after we talk through your scope.

Yes — your domain is registered separately through a domain registrar. I'll help you pick one and connect it to your site. Most .ca domains run $15–25/year.

Sites are built in plain HTML — technically editable if you know HTML. For most owners, the easier answer is to contact me. Small updates and text changes are quick and billed at the hourly rate.
